Plugin doesn't work when newPanelChromeUI is enabled

Probably you are aware of this because is still an experimental plugin, but in latest version of Grafana if you set the new look (newPanelChromeUI ) feature with the feature toggles option in custom configurations the plugin doesn't work anymore:

newPanelChromeUI | Show updated look and feel of grafana-ui PanelChrome: panel header, icons, and menu.

It will be awesome to have the guided tour with the new look too.

i'm trying to use this in version 9.5.1 as well.
For additional information:
Titel selector does not work.
CSS selector works
