Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Maven support for agent should be refactored to be more familiar with usual maven standards.

Describe the solution you'd like
Re-design AgentConfiguration class, and MergeAgentFilesMojo to use more maven specific features, and be more flexible.
