Reuse data and contribute to okfn/publicbodies

I came across your project at Wikimania this week, and since it does not seem to have been mentioned yet, would like to connect you to okfn/publicbodies: a global database of public bodies such as government departments and ministries.

This has been running for many years and supported by the Open Knowledge network which I am part of. We have thousands of rows of global data, which may be an interesting additional source, at least for cross reference. And I certainly think that Govdirectory would be of interest to our users (to this end I've opened issue #119 on our side).

Thank you @loleg for the tip. This seems definitely like a useful resource. Even if we cannot use the whole thing, it gives a very good estimate of what the current status of the different countries are.
