As a visitor, I'd like to understand what Gōng-fu DEV is about, where and when it happens, what it would bring me to attend.

Should provide definition of Gōng-fu DEV practice
Should describe who it is intended for (any level)
Should mention when and where it happens – synchronizing with the Gōng-fu DEV Meetup

Distinguish practitioning meetups (Hacks) from discovery meetups – where newcomers can join
