Support extension.WithFootnoteIDPrefix (aka footnoteAnchorPrefix for Blackfriday) for goldmark

It looks like goldmark has implemented the footnoteAnchorPrefix feature yuin/goldmark@9e0189d. It would be great if hugo can also support this option.

Anybody looking into this? Looking at the date of the report it might even be fixed already but upgrading Goldmark but it's not clear. No sign of it in documentation though. gomod file for this project seems to refer to github.com/yuin/goldmark v1.4.1 which should have the prefix setting in it since it's a much recent date than when the fix was added (dec 2020).

Yeah, it would be nice if this feature could be implemented now that blackfriday can no longer be used and therefore footnoteAnchorPrefix was also removed (gohugoio/hugoDocs#1704).

Any luck on this please? I've just met the footnote Id duplicating with multiple posts on one single page.
