POLL: Update import path to kivik.io instead of github.com?

I'm curious if there's any preference to use kivik.io as the import path of this package (starting with v4), or if people prefer to keep it at github.com. Please show your support for kivik.io with a 👍 on this post, or for staying with github.com with a 👎.

While a part of me would like to use kivik.io, I'm afraid the change would be confusing for many people. And it may make future maintenence harder, in case that domain is ever lost, perhaps due to change of maintainership. so I'll stick to the github.com import path.
