Lack of contact address/procedure when there is a issue

It seems that there is a lots of various things missing on planet.gluster.org. For one, there is no contact link, so people who want to report a problem have no idea on how/where to do it, and I think that should be fixed.

For the moment, this should probably be under the gluster-infra sysadmin.

Well, we can:

• ask to send a email to gluster-infra
• ask to open issues here (which is what is done) but I suspect people miss them, and maybe are not subscribe to that project (for one, i wasn't, and I think people aren't if that's not done by default)
• get a email

I am also in favor of gluster-infra, mostly for scale and transparency.

There is also the question of "how". IE? just a FAQ, a mailto: link, a full fledge form contact ?
