Lack of guidelines regarding planet gluster content #28

We should have a bit more guideline to know who can be added on planet gluster, so we can start to let people merge more freely addition on planet. I would have merged if I knew what are the rules.

I'll let @vbellur weigh in on this more fully, but at this point in time, if it passes the test of 'about Gluster' and 'someone wants to share their work' - that counts.
