The possibility of excluding links from specific domains or text

This code works very well for me and does exactly what I need it to do. I'm having an issue though- there are certain links I'd like to exclude from the sidebar but am not sure how. In my case, I am using the Readwise plugin which imports my highlights from Readwise and adds an external link directly to that highlight in the Obsidian note. This works well, but when using this plugin, all of those 'View highlight' links are listed on the sidebar alongside the links I manually add to the note.

Is there a way, then, to exclude links containing specific text ("View highlight") or from specific domains (read.readwise.io)? I'll add a screenshot to be clear what i'm talking about. Thanks for any help with this.
