Not sure how to resolve just yet. Seems the plugin options are not being passed. Works when downloading source and adding to local plugins.

Fixed in 1.0.2

Accidentally was not including the compiled src files in the npm package due to .gitignore. Created an .npmignore to override. Looks like it's working from downloading 1.0.2
