How about adding "tokenizer.ggml.cls_token_id" for special cls token.

I am working on bert.cpp (for embedding).
It is ggml format before, and I have upgrade it into gguf.
But I found the define for "tokenizer.ggml.cls_token_id" is missing, then this issue happened.

of course I can add it by customize kv define, but it may not good enough.
