Or at least don't print in release mode - command line / TUI applications exist and will be disrupted by this output

They're already disrupted by ggml's random aborts when anything goes even slightly wrong (which it should have no authority to perform), but at least those only happen when you do something wrong. the cuBLAS print always happens
