[Hydration Errors] Replace HTML Diff tab

The HTML diff modal could be buggy with two known bugs that come up occasionally: (1) before & after were the same (2) one side was blank.

We propose replacing this tab with one of the following options:

• Implement a diff tool that grabs the rrweb mutation(s) between the before&after timestamps, and presents them to the user #74358
• Implement an image-diff tool where two images are diff'd with each other, different pixels are highlighted in pink (for example) in the resulting image. AKA the "pink image diff" tool. #74361
• Implement a diff tool that highlights the rrweb nodeId's which are changed between the before&after timestamps #74360

@corbie1 thanks for catching that, I just put up #80581 to fix it!

FYI we're looking for any feedback on whether that text diff is useful or not, and in what cases. As you can tell we haven't put a full amount of effort into this thing yet... one reason for that is there seems to be formatting changes that appear in the text diff which do not cause a hydration error, but do make the diff noisy. So if you have examples where this was helpful despite the implementation issues lmk!
