Project name ellipses is hard coded in Performance page table.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the performance page
2. Increase the column width of the Project column in the table
3. The names are truncated when the column size is small but even if the column size is large enough the project names are truncated.

Expected Result

The project name should take available space instead of truncating the name even when there is a space for the column

@JLuse I don't think this is a self-hosted specific issue. There is nothing that can configure that behavior on the self-hosted side. I think this should be transfered back to getsentry/sentry.
