Refund Functions via RMA Requests - Include shipping costs in refunds to be able to process full order refund [feature request]

Following up on this GITHUB: #2232

Inability to include shipping costs in refunds via RMA requests, as currently, Dokan does not support adding shipping and shipping tax calculations during the refund process. This limitation is due to the integration with Stripe, which doesn't support automated modifications for these costs at this moment.

However, it would be a great feature addition.

Be able to process full refund of an order via RMA Requests by adding shipping costs and shipping tax calculations to the refund process

Describe alternatives you've considered

When full refund including shipping is needed > process refund directly via the Order Details in Orders tab in the Seller Dashboard

It seems that a related fix was implemented in Dokan Pro version 3.11.0. The issue was marked as resolved on May 7th after the solution was implemented. https://snipboard.io/dzCM2V.jpg

Could you please check on your end to confirm if the issue still exists and let us know?

Hello @TanvirHasan19, the fix released on May 7th was fixing an issue with the tax rounding that was causing fatal error and so could not refund the full order (excl shipping costs).

But no fix has been provided to refund the shipping costs via RMA requests because for now, the system does not support it, as @imtiaz-pranto explained here: #2232 (comment)

Which is why I opened this github, specifically about refunding the shipping costs via RMA requests as a feature request so it does not get forgotten by the product team: #2232 (comment) 😉
