Data set is not downloading as per size shown

Dataset is not downloading as per size shown while downloading. It is downloading only few lines of the file. But full file is generated in temp directory. while downloading, there is a problem. Any suggestions

Can you be more specific?

• What's the experiment type?
• Where are you downloading the dataset from, i.e. which page?
• What size does it claim to be and what do you get in the end?

i am downloading genotype data from datasets page . size is of about 8gb

Which version of Germinate are you using? What does the result file look like? Is there anything in the log files?

version is 3.5 . file is downloading as regular file but missing of data in file . Nothing in the log

It is not happening for all files. genotypes and snp's are large in number for that file

So you're saying you have other genotypic data files that download ok using the same method? It's just that large file that doesn't download correctly?
If that's the case, I'd need to know how many lines and markers you have in that file to be able to reproduce it.
