Make sure that all public resources are served from a *.geneontology.org domain.

Currently some resources and URLs we officially provide redirect or include non- geneontology.org routes or domains. Closing this ticket would occur after all such routes and domains have been converted to something on geneontology.org. (Non-public and unsupported experimental sites could use geneontology.io).
