Problem when installing the panel. It remains on white screen

Hi. I have a problem installing the panel. Once I install it and delete the "install" folder, it is redirected to "http: //MyIP/login.php and shows the blank screen.

I've populated with PHP 5.6. 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2 and the same problem occurs.
