Now that Jabra is back in fwupd, can these SPEAK devices be updated to current FW?

I had a brief chat with the rest of the development team, and we believe there should be no issue in adding the latest FW, assuming the plugin itself is working. We haven't looked at the jabra plugin in a while. We will follow up on this very soon.

I've had a talk with stakeholders, and unfortunately we can't commit to adding the latest firmware for the SPEAK devices currently.

Could you at least merge the PRs here which has much never FWs than the old published ones?
