Knowledge base is broken!

• It shows a blank screen when I click on a category
• The category shows nothing there when I try to create an article from the front end. Ultimately cannot be saved.
• I cannot see the kb anymore when I navigate to a previously saved article.

Knowledge base has been broken for a while. You might not be able to add/edit articles from Vue frontend. Hopefully we will have a better, stable knowledge base soon. Meanwhile,

• I fixed some paths in fix: knowledge base: some(!) paths #1116
• Customer portal path was changed from support/kb to helpdesk/knowledge-base in rebrand: frappedesk -> helpdesk #1080
