Healthcare: Feature to support in-patient charges apart from ward occupancy

We need to maintain a record of and automate billing according to the services used for an inpatient like oxygen, ventilator support, HFNC etc.

Like Inpatient occupancy table we will need nursing items table to keep track of services used during inpatient. During final Invoice, these should be fetched with Get Items from-> Healthcare Services.

I see that this is part of the road map. Let me know how can I contribute.

We have Patient Encounter where the doctors order these items for patient s Medication for now. Would be great to have separate section for such items, though the correct naming convention would be required.

At the moment, even inpatient items like medications, investigations, and procedures are not fetched into the sales invoice. We need to update it to fetch all relevant items from the inpatient record as well.

In addition to that, for patient encounter -> medications, there is no track of invoiced/non-invoiced items. This needs to be fixed as well.
