Expected behaviour

Should open the defualt port

Actual behaviour

Does not open the defualt port

Steps to reproduce

  1. none, the bix smart card reader wont open the port so i cant use the software

This might be because the underlying driver package is not properly installing on Windows due to driver signing requirements. See #243 (comment) for more information on how to properly install VPCD on Windows.

With 00f1508, installation instructions are now distributed with the binaries.
