Have problem with installer

Hi

I get the code and compile it in VS 2019, everything looks fine, so I tried to install the BixVReaderInstaller on Windows 10, but first try add Unknown Device under the Other devices and second try add Unknown Device under the Smart Card Readers.

I guess I miss something, appreciate you if you let me know what's the problem.
