could pleas publish an offline vsix package for offline network user

hi， I use vscode at an offline environment windows
and it is very helpful
could you please publish vsix package including binary-execute file
like c/c++ https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-cpptools/releases

hi, could you please help me this. I want to install the extension to my offline rd env,
and could you please help to publish some vsix witch contians the exe file.

download to: c:\Usens\ATC284@\.vscode-insidens\extensions\foxundermoon.shell-format-7.2.2\bin
If the download fails, you can manually download it to the dest directory.
Or download to another directory, and then set the "shellformat.path" as the path

You can't use this plugin until the download is successful.
