Notes Explorer "Expand All" Feature

There is no way to filter through all the notes in the Notes Explorer.
In order to do this, folders must be recursively expanded.
This option is not implemented yet.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a user, I would like to have the option to recursively expand the Notes Explorer tree, in order to use the Notes Explorer filter on all notes.

Ideal implementation:

1. Foam command
2. Expand All button near Collapse All
3. Right Click on tree -> Menu -> Expand All option

3 is optional from my point of view but a trade between 2 and 3 seems acceptable.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Todo Tree extension implements and Expand Tree menu option.

Thanks for the request, I am not against adding the command/button. If someone wants to make a PR for it, I will review it
