Multiple deployment & dev ids for BK: 9th St/ Smith St

A sensor with the deployment_id: highly_equal_doe and dev_id: fs-00008 has been showing up in Grafana dashboard queries. Suspected to be one of three deployments at 9th St/ Smith St.

Right now this location is shown with the deployment_id of overly_heroic_squid but this is nowhere to be found in Grafana dashboard and Sensor Location Directory.

In TTN 9th and Smith has the dev_id of fs-00008, I suspect that highly_equal_doe is the correct deployment_id but need to verify this.
