09/15: The sensor was not mounted vertically and also the nuts/bolts of all the components were extra loose. Maybe someone messed with it? There was also a school bus parked right next to it that was also there the other few times the sensor was listed. Observe to see if the remounting of the sensor to be pointed more inwards toward the sidewalk rather the road fixed the issue.

10/06: Sensor has not been hitting significantly less no returns since remounting on 09/15
