Issue

• Current logic -> If a join procedure is failed, roll-back to default application.
• This logic fails when a sensor is deployed and upon a reset there is no n/w connection i.e., a join failure causes the sensor to roll back to the default application
• Can trigger a roll-back in the case of any sensor that fails to join within joinTimeOut duration
