It would be cool also to have precompiled versions of dump1090 for Windows.

Could someone have a look at that?

No current plans to build for Windows (there are nontrivial changes needed to do this) but if you want to put together a PR to build under Windows that is a starting point. I'd suggest looking at some of the previous attempts first.
