install with unpacked release folder via

cd flatpak
./autogen.sh
./configure <
make
sudo make install

Expected Behavior

install

Actual Behavior

bash: configure.sh: configure: error: DocBook DTD is required for --enable-documentation

the issue is outside of a container, nor vm
