[Bug]: Not clear where a main runtime issue should be reported

How to reproduce

1. Find a bug in one of the main runtime (in my case was org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default/x86_64/23.08-extra)
2. Search for any info related to this runtime with flatpak info and flatpak remote-info flathub
3. I didn't find anything useful
4. Search online the runtime name and try a couple of different searches
5. I didn't find anything useful
6. I don't know where to report that bug

Expected Behavior

The package info (accessible via some flatpak .... command) should contain a field that tells the user where to report a bug they encounter (at least for main runtimes with do not have a project page on github/gitlab).

Actual Behavior

I wasn't able to find any information about where to report a bug for main runtime org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default version x86_64/23.08-extra commit 508ed21fd9fe5411af27929f028fa4f39886b24103275371f0ec39fed7ff394b.

I believe the GL runtime extensions belong to https://gitlab.com/freedesktop-sdk/freedesktop-sdk, which has its own issue tracker.

I guess we could add more URL's into the extension's appdata if it shows up anywhere.
