firebase deploy doesn't handle absolute public paths #130

When providing an absolute public path via firebase deploy --public /some/abs/path, the tool freaks out and can't find anything at that path; was a bit surprising

--public is no longer supported on firebase deploy and we're re-evaluating how we want to approach this. Stay tuned.
