Each employer should have their own public company page with the following content:

General information and links (set by employers during sign-up)
Introduction text
Photos (e.g. of office spaces, the team/people, events)
Aggregated technologies used (from published/archived job postings)
Open jobs
Optional information about the software development process (e.g. Joel Test, Methodologies) ?
OSS Contributions
Review of applicant's sideprojects, hackathon and OSS project contributions
