Search/Paginate Fasten Sources returned from Lighthouse #69

We currently support ~3k sources. By enabling Athena we'll be adding almost 16k sources.

Fasten will require pagination and searching capabilities.
AWS ElasticSearch Serverless may be a solution worth investigating.
