[Feature Request] Add ability to change units of medical records displayed on dashboard

First off, I want to say Fasten is fantastic! Love the centralization of my records.
One thing I noticed on my dashboard was that my records are showing in fixed units (presumably based on the units in the records), and it would be helpful to be able to set standard units for all records, or at least be able to change what is displayed on the dashboard.

For example, my weight in grams is somewhat difficult to internalize, whereas my weight in kg or lbs would be much more readable.

This feature request isnt critical by any means, but I think it would be a good addition!
