Yeah I'd love to support Vision care providers. So far I haven't been able to find FHIR API endpoints for them, but they are covered under the 21st Century Cures Act.

The only thing I've been able to find so far is https://confluence.hl7.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=82914199
