Create better documentation about managing the container

Create documentation that shows how to manage these kind of questions:

• I'd need to insert a custom "admin" password. Should I just change the entrypoint.sh before the image build?
• I'd need to bind a volume in order to have the "reports" outside the docker (in the main host). How can I do it?
