Can not get it working on UDM SE udm-iptv.service: Failed with result 'exit-code

Hello, I followed the install guide (at least i think) but it seems like the service is not running or working?
This is mij udm-iptv diagnose output:

Okay so i was playing around and rebooting the UDM Se and now it gives me a different output.
