[FEATURE] Alow user to choose operator AND vs OR in filters #178

It would be great to be able to define filters using operators o (AND / OR) like it's possible in QueryBuilder extension: https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/querybuilder/Basics/Index.html

The querybuilder extension uses jQuery plugin called "query builder" https://querybuilder.js.org/
