Init Container / Volume frontend

Implement a merge-patch in the admission webhook server to inject an Init Container that implements the "memory" API. The Init Container example might provide some useful implementation details.

• End-to-end implementation of "memory" frontend
• Update documentation for using the memory frontend

After completing this work, kubernetes-external-secrets should have full support for a memory front end (see #46).
