Create Nextflow Exomiser

For our specific project at the lab we implemented exomiser into a nextflow workflow along with others. Its time now to elevate exomiser to its own workflow and publish it on nf-core if possible. Please assign me this issue so I may track it.

This would be great to have. Are you using the newer docker images with a user shell to run this?

At the time we implemented it we used exomiser-cli-13.1.0 distribution and built our own container! I'll take a look at this in the coming weeks and see what I find
