Hi, I believe the former is the name of the dev of Stats? I would just like to check a) if this behavior is normal, and b) what does each of them do if both of them are tied to Stats. Thanks in advance.

yes, it's normal. It's a developer account name not an app, Apple used it as an auto-run helper.
