Add compatibility layer for sphinx-tabs user migration

It'd be fantastic if it's possible to interpret the sphinx roles and parse them properly, as the migration for our project would be quite heavy. This feature request will interfere with sphinx-tabs users, so it'd require a clear decision on whether or not to maintain sphinx-tabs in favor of just migrating existing users to this extension instead.
