German umlaut characters not used in filename when using "Export all #527

Operating system: Windows 10 (German)
Pencil version: 3.0.4

German umlaut characters (äöüÄÖÜß) as well as " " (space) and "-" (minus) are ignored in filenames when exporting all mockups.

(see also issue #83: "Names of exported pages as png not consistent")
