pickle file size

Hello first of all thanks for this amazing work!
I'm trying to train the model in my own custom dataset and therefore I'm producing the rendered and fused data as described. I noticed though that the pickle (pkl) dataset is a lot bigger than a normal dataset with the rgbs, masks, depths and ground truth poses separated. So I wonder why you picked that file format in order to generate the synthetic data?
