Restoring user data problem

There should be a line within this group where the "slot" restores back to zero.

I tried restoring a list of users and tried to restore again to check if there are any overlapping, does unexisting user ID's add, etc.
When you restore another backup file without refreshing the page, the 2nd attempt can't upload the restore data.

put the "slot" value back to zero upon completing the progress bar
