NPM Dev Run issue - Urgent

Hi Support,
I have installed the Node.js, NPM and while running dev it shows error as per attached image (react.png). Pls assist us to fix this issue.

You need to install the dependencies. Change to the directory package.json is in and npm install. If you already did that (which you didn't appear to), make sure to npm install -g concurrent.
