[Bug] ouisync-app: Unreliable status and progress icons on repos

The status icon showing the "syncing/synced" status, both next to the repo in the repo list and in the top bar when inside the repo, was only intermittently showing the "syncing" icon during sync. For much of the sync no icon was displayed at all even though I could see the % synced number continously climbing when clicking the three vertical dots on the right.

The circular progress indicator next to the status icon was not displayed at all until progress reached somewhere around 75%.
