@jiahm 暂时不支持，目前仅支持立即发送和定时发送

针对一些某些特殊的事件触发通知，这个属于细分业务层面，比较适合在自己的业务代码中实现，不太好通过界面可视化操作

能监听群消息吗，网上都是webhook发送的

监听消息需要API 可以看看wechaty能否满足需求
