Given entities can be created during execution it would be nice to see how many entities there are before and after.

Having a metric of entities before can also be a sanity check that we're using the correct seed data.

ecsact-dev/ecsact_runtime#162 may be required to get an accurate reading of entities before and after when dealing with --async
